Name the right job

Trade and profession shirts are specific on purpose. Someone who says they are a pharmacist will not accept a near-miss title, and the closely related jobs each have their own version — that precision is the whole point of the joke.

Who it is for

Best for someone a few years into the work — long enough that the job has its own vocabulary and its own complaints. For a new starter it can read as presumptuous, and for someone who has left the trade it reads as nostalgia rather than a joke.

Not the doctor, and asked anyway

Pharmacists spend the day being asked medical questions that belong to a GP, by people who are annoyed that the answer is "you need to see your GP". They are also the ones who catch the prescription errors nobody hears about.

The counting-tablets joke lands about as well as you would expect, given the degree required. If you are buying for a pharmacist, the designs that name the job plainly do better than the ones making that particular joke.

Community and hospital pharmacy are separate careers, and someone in one is not doing the other.
